Background[]
This small underground area is the nucleus of the Institute's expansion even further underground. Gen 3 synths labor in its tunnels, overseen by Gen 2 guards.
Layout[]
The sublevel is a very small area accessible only by an elevator in the Institute concourse. It contains a storage room and a cavern featuring heavy construction equipment.
