InstaMash is a consumable item found in Fallout 3.
Characteristics[]
InstaMash is packaged in a white box with blue highlights. The "insta" part of the name most likely indicates that the contents are powdered and requires added water to swell, similar to instant mashed potatoes.
It restores 5 of the Lone Wanderer's Hit Points (6 if one has the food sanitizer in their inventory), but also gives a small dose of Radiation.

An abundance of InstaMash will be found when the player character purchases the pre-War theme for their Megaton house or Tenpenny Tower suite.
