The indebted gamblers are hostile individuals protecting Vito "The Vic" Bronco, found in the Burning Springs region of Appalachia in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.
Background[]
These wastelanders participated in gambling and have accompanied Vito "The Vic" Bronco, who appears to be involved in some sort of organized crime, after Vito had a bounty placed on his head. The "indebted" part of their name indicates they may not have had a choice in becoming part of Vito's posse, although they will be hostile to the player characters regardless.
Characteristics[]
The indebted gamblers wield Circuit Breakers with a "Gambler's" effect that has a 5% chance to deal 600 energy damage on hit. Vito has the same effect on an Anti-Armor plasma rifle.
