Iguana-on-a-stick is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
It provides more than double the amount of health compared to its Fallout 3 counterpart, although this is still a fairly small amount. In Hardcore mode, the item is more useful, providing a larger reduction to the Courier's Starvation level at a relatively low cost, weight, and is easy to obtain.

- Iguana-on-a-stick is commonly found in containers, like refrigerators, throughout the Mojave Wasteland.

Since iguanas do not appear in the game world, it may be that the term "iguana" is given to any larger lizard.
