Ice cream truck is a vehicle in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
Background
This vehicle is driven by the merchant Jesse and is the only working vehicle in Carbon. It is in very very bad physical condition, although it still seems to run fine. It's pretty beat-up but still identifiable. When you first get into Carbon, the truck is parked in front of the gate to the rest of the city. Once you come back from the crater, Jesse will have moved it to the space beside the gate so you can access the rest of Carbon. Once you get back into the warehouse, Jesse will have moved it in there. The next time you see it, it will be in the parking lot of the mill, and after you finish the last mission, Jesse will give you a ride back to Carbon.
