I'm getting out of this town is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: The Pitt update.

The note can be found in the Penn of the Industrial section of The Pitt during Union Dues. It is on a desk in an apartment next to a radio.

I saw it, Marnie. One of those things. I know you don't believe me, but they aren't a myth. They're real. They're stalking us, waiting in the shadows... waiting to pounce.
I'm outta here. Don't know where to, but I can't take it anymore. The rads alone should have done it for me, or the Fanatics, but I tried to hold on, for you. Well there's no more holdin' on.
Maybe out west it's not so bad. Never thought of moving to Topeka before, but hell, it can't be any worse than up here. I'd ask you to come with me, but I know what you'll say, so I won't wait up. Maybe someday we'll meet again, out on the plains or somewhere altogether different. I do hope that's the case.
Until then, don't get eaten.
