The hydraulic bracers are an arm power armor mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When installed on an arm piece of power armor, unarmed damage per attack will be increased, which can become twice as much if the mod is equipped on both arm pieces together.
Crafting[]
In order to craft the hydraulic bracers mod, a power armor frame with the desired arm piece(s) attached, must be installed at a power armor station.

Location[]
The hydraulic bracers power armor modification has one fixed location in the game world, being equipped on the unique arm piece Tessa's Fist worn by the Gunners member Tessa at the Quincy ruins in the southeast Commonwealth. It is not sold by any merchants in the game with the exception of the T-45 variant which can be purchased from Rowdy at the Atom Cats garage north-northeast of Quincy. The other variants can only be obtained via crafting at a power armor station.
