The hunter's long coat is an outfit in Fallout 76.
Characteristics
The outfit is composed of a dusty black overcoat that is partially tattered at the bottom with an accompanying blue scarf worn around the neck. It also has a leather bandolier fitted over the chest and a matching waist belt with a pouch and knife. The forearms are wrapped in cloth and the hands are fitted with gray gloves. The bottom is composed of a pair of dark brown pants and cuffed boots.

Can be bought from a wandering vendor bot Responder in a random encounter.
Notes
It is exactly the same coat as the hunter's long coat from the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.
