The note can be found on the wooden desk in the governor's office at the Charleston Capitol Building, to the left side of the terminal.

Governor Evans,
I thought we had a clear understanding that you would keep the wolves from our doors? The damages to our home and property are extensive. Not to mention the emotional distress at our duly elected officials being unable to maintain public safety.
We will be having a long talk with our accounting department over the coming weeks and it would be a shame if we had to look at making cuts to key public contributions or reallocating those funds to areas that could better protect our interests.
