Hooked on Tonics is an overseer quest and the sixth part of the Power Struggle multistage questline in Fallout Shelter.
Walkthrough[]
The player's dwellers enter an abandoned building near Filly where the snake oil salesman was last seen. They will have to fight through rooms of enemies including, but not limited to, raiders, radroaches and a glowing radroach, feral ghouls, a Protectron, and an alpha mole rat.
After the dwellers fight their way through, they will encounter the snake oil salesman, who will ask why the dwellers are here. He will either join the player's Vault or not depending on the dialogue chosen out of the two options.
After meeting the salesman, the dwellers can explore any remaining rooms before returning to the Vault.
