The Holy Mission Congregation is an unmarked location in the Esplanade neighborhood of Boston in 2287. It is north of Boston Public Library.

The Holy Mission Congregation is a church with one large room occupied by two feral ghouls. The pews in the west side of the church are littered with minor loot, including a destroyed Protectron, a trilby hat, and a pair of fashionable glasses. A 10mm pistol and two stacks of pre-War money are stashed under the podium.

- Vault-Tec lunchbox - On a pew next to the skeletal corpse of a woman.

Although one can see the roof of the choir is badly damaged while inside the church, it appears totally undamaged from the outside.
