Henry was a member of the Free States in Appalachia prior to 2102.
Background[]
After Raleigh Clay and the Free States took over the Harpers Ferry Armory as a precaution against the Brotherhood of Steel, Henry was tasked with stockpiling food in the armory. However, all he collected was a hundred boxes of Sugar Bombs, prompting concern from Jed, who warned him to start finding "real food" or else he could "shelter in his own bunker."[1]
