The heavy incinerator shoots fireballs at enemies. It works similarly to a grenade launcher that would shoot Molotov cocktails, however the heavy incinerator has its own model and texture for its projectile. It creates a large explosion on impact, and, contrary to its appearance in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, is not fully automatic, instead shooting large, highly damaging projectiles at a slow rate.
