The heavy incinerator is a weapon in the Fallout 4 Creation Club content "Heavy Incinerator."

Characteristics[]

The heavy incinerator shoots fireballs at enemies. It works similarly to a grenade launcher that would shoot Molotov cocktails, however the heavy incinerator has its own model and texture for its projectile. It creates a large explosion on impact, and, contrary to its prior versions in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, is not fully automatic, instead shooting large, highly damaging projectiles at a slow rate.

Notes[]

  • Unlike most heavy/energy guns, the heavy incinerator does not require high levels of the Science or Gun Nut perks to be modified.
  • It can be modded with a heat shield to prevent the user from damaging themselves. An alternative to this is the unique "flame resistance" leg mods that are given for raider power armor through the associated quest Crucible, which essentially provide the same effect.
  • While the shield modification will protect from the lingering fire left by shots from this weapon, it will not protect from the initial explosion.
  • Shots from this weapon are innately silent, and will not alert nearby enemies. But as an explosive weapon, it does not benefit from the Sneak Attack damage multiplier.
