The Heavy incinerator (Broken Steel) is a weapon which is added to Fallout 3 with the Broken Steel downloadable content pack.
Characteristics
Apparently the Incinerator works like a kind of mortar, lobbing fire over its target in seperated shots.[1], and it was also mentioned as a projectile flame thrower in various previews.
Even though they are similar the heavy incinerator can't be repaired by flamers
