The heavy incinerator is a weapon found in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout 4's Creation Club and the Fallout 76 update America's Playground.
Background[]
Heavy incinerators utilize the same practical technology as flamers but rather than spraying a cloud of flames in front of the wielder, the heavy incinerator spits out individual fireballs in rapid succession that have a very far effective range.[Fallout 2d20 1]
Models[]
Normal incinerator[]

The much lighter but weaker version of the heavy incinerators. While they are less cumbersome, they lack the significant power of the heavy variants. This version of the incinerator utilizes less fuel however, with only two tanks of flamer fuel on its side.
Heavy incinerator[]

Heavy incinerators are much more cumbersome than flamers and as such require both hands to operate. The heavy incinerator sports three tanks of flamer fuel on its side that hook up to the main assembly inside.

- ↑ Fallout: The Roleplaying Game Rulebook p. 108: "Like a flamethrower, a heavy incinerator also propels ignited fuel mixtures to burn a target. However, the heavy incinerator differs in that it appears to lob a succession of fireballs at the target, lobbing them in an arc like a grenade launcher. These fireballs burst upon impact, spreading flames as the fuel splashes off the target."
