Heavy is a weapon mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When equipped on a lead pipe, pipe wrench and sledgehammer, it appears with the "Heavy" prefix and a unique secondary attachment on the striking head. This attachment depends on the weapon: for the lead pipe, this involves rusted gears and screws embedded in it, the pipe wrench has a single rusted gear clenched in the teeth, while the sledgehammer has a thicker, wider striking head. It deals variably increased damage per hit, and gains a chance to inflict increased limb damage (more likely to cripple limbs) and a separate, higher likelihood to cripple limbs.
