Healing powder is a drug in Fallout 2 and Van Buren.
Locations[]
- In Fallout 2, healing powder can be made by giving a broc flower and a xander root to Hakunin after completing the Kill the evil plants that infest Hakunin's garden quest. Shaman nomads can also make healing powder.
- In the Temple of Trials, in chests.
- Two in a bookcase in a Klamath house to the west, in Trapper Town.
- One in a locker of the building in front of the Gecko settlement's manager's office.
- Four on an east bookshelf in Ghost Farm's main cavern.

- According to the tutorial, Narg "munches" on healing powder, implying it is consumed orally.
