Something's changing around here. You can feel it.
We saw another group of raiders heading south yesterday. I'm pretty sure they're the ones who skinned Jack for fun the other week. This time they waved as they were going by didn't fire a shot. Just laughed.
People keeping talking about this guy down that way, this "Rust King." They said if you're strong enough you can join him. That you must join him. That's he's something more than a man.
I don't know. Maybe we're wasting our time here, scraping by. Might be time we headed south too.
