The hardened automatic receiver is a receiver weapon mod in Fallout 4 and its add-ons Far Harbor and Nuka-World.
Effects[]
When equipped on any applicable weapon, it appears with the "Hardened Automatic" prefix. It switches from the semi-automatic fire mode of the standard variant to fully automatic, dealing variably increased damage along with variable effects such as increased AP cost in V.A.T.S. at the cost of a variable decrease in effective range.
