Happy coincidence is a paper note that was cut from Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.
The note is intended to be associated with the quest Regent of the Dead, but has no reference records and does not appear to be implemented in-game.

Murphy's Law details that everything that could possibly go wrong will go wrong, but what about the unforeseen that could go right? Of course, if you asked Fabio Mondadori, I'm sure his ghost would tell you this all went wrong.
