Locations
- The plans to create this costume and its respective mask can be obtained from a corpse of a dead "Trick-or-Treater" wearing the ensemble. It is a random event that spawns at the northern 65 road marker on the map.
- The outfit can be found at North Mountain lookout next to the cot.
- The mask can be found at pumpkin house, on the porch on the skull of the skeleton sitting in a wheelchair.
- The mask can also be found at Freddy Fear's House of Scares.
- The glowing skeleton costume set can be obtained for reaching 14000 Overseer XP during the limited time Nuclear Winter Halloween event .
