The Gypsum quarry office is an unmarked location within the Gypsum train yard in the Mojave Wasteland in Fallout: New Vegas.

The building is filled with giant ants. Overthrown tables can be found on the floor and the building is predominantly littered with ant egg clutches and an ant mound. There is a sign next to the entrance on the inside of the building which reads "Be aware, safety always!" with the Vault-Tec symbol displayed below.

- One Sunset Sarsaparilla star bottle cap - On the desk in the back room.

- Deathclaws can enter the building if they detected the player character outside.
- If the giant worker ant inside the office is frenzied and begins attacking the giant soldier ant in the back room, the giant soldier ant will be killed as it makes no attempt to defend itself or attack the hostile worker ant.
