Gunslinger is an Agility perk in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
Taking ranks of this perk grants bonus damage when using non-automatic pistols. Higher ranks increase the damage and effective range, in addition to granting a chance to disarm opponents and even cripple limbs per hit.

Rank 2 and 3 each grant 25% increased range, for a total of 50%.
Rank 4 grants a 6% chance to disarm enemies.
Rank 5 increases the disarm chance to 8%, and also grants an 8% chance on hit to cripple the limb.
Crafting[]
With the Nuka-World DLC installed, Gunslinger qualifies as a crafting perk in that it's mainly required for making high-tier upgrades to the Western revolver.
Affected weapons[]
If a weapon supports such mods, they must not have any "Grip" mods that are shoulder-mount stocks; this puts them under the effect of Rifleman. Nor should they have "Receiver" mods that make them automatic; this puts them under the effect of Commando.
Notes[]
- Despite the description saying it applies only to non-automatic pistols, the crippling effect of Rank 5 affects all weapons.
Even though the appearance of the Thirst Zapper is a pistol, neither it nor any of its ammunition upgrades from acquiring the Project Cobalt schematics are affected by this perk.
- Similarly, despite having a body similar to Deliverer, the Acid Soaker is not affected by this perk.
