Gunslinger is a perk in Fallout 3.

Effects

The perk increases the chance to hit in V.A.T.S. by 25% for most one-handed ranged weapons. As with almost all perks that increase the chance to hit in V.A.T.S., this bonus is multiplicative, not additive.
