Guns and Bullets is a magazine perk in Fallout 4. It has ten ranks, each received by reading the ten different issues of Guns and Bullets.

Reading an issue of this comic will grant the player character a rank in the perk. This makes ballistic weapons do +5% critical damage, stacking for each rank gained.
