The gun case is a storage container in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
A gun case is one of the many item storage containers in the game. It is not as common as the usual locker variants but isn't rare. As the name implies, it usually has guns in it, and like most containers, the items found within can vary. They are labeled as gun cases and their container model varies: some have the model of a regular footlocker, or the larger counterpart that stands upright, much like a locker. Others have the appearance of a metal box, while others use the Enclave crate model.

Mojave Wasteland[]
- In a tent at Astor's NCR camp west of Camp Searchlight.
- One in Deputy Beagle's residence.
- One in Doc Mitchell's house.
- One southeast of the hidden supply cave, at a Viper gunslinger camp.
- One in the NCR CF administration, to the left after entering.
- Novac - One can be found in the McBride house while another is inside Cliff Briscoe's bungalow.
- One in Orion Moreno's house.
- One in the Prospector's Den sleeping quarters.
- One in Ranger Andy's bungalow.
- Ranger Station Delta - One under a table in Comm Officer Scheffer's tent.
- One upstairs in the Silver Rush, in a Hard-locked room. Uses the Enclave crate model, contains a plasma rifle.
- Sniper's nest - Contains the Gobi Campaign scout rifle.
- Vault 34 - Located inside the Vault 34 armory, contains the unique pulse gun.
Zion Canyon[]
- Cueva Guarache - Located near Randall Clark's survival cache and terminal in the inhabited section of the cave.
- Ranger Substation Eagle - Up in the lookout tower.
- Ranger Substation Peregrine - Up in the lookout tower.
- The Aerie - Up in the lookout tower.
- The Aerie - On a secret ledge located to the right of the giant mural when looking at the eastern side of the cliff of the Aerie summit from below, can only be accessed by essentially jumping off the eastern edge of the summit in order to land onto the secret ledge below.
- Zion Ranger station - Hidden behind a couch located immediately on the right when entering the ranger station building.
The Divide[]
- Dry Wells - In a ruined tent, contains the Red Victory grenade rifle.
- Long 15 - Near Colonel Royez's position, contains the Great Bear grenade rifle. Uses the Enclave crate model.
