Notes
- The weapon must be equipped for this perk to take effect.
- The player character's speed is capped at a 20% increase from all sources, meaning Squad Maneuvers and Speed Demon do not stack with each other or Gun Runner. Additionally, no further movement speed can be gained from using Strange in Numbers with Speed Demon.
