Greg's brain is a quest item in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wastelanders update.
Characteristics[]
It is the brain of Greg Goldstein, preserved in a jar labelled "Greg Goldstein, Engineer, Immobile Weapons Research." It is ready for installation into a robobrain and can be made into the prepped Greg brain. With Intelligence 8+, it can be further examined to determine that Greg has a "truly unremarkable brain" and a very normal personality.[1]

It can be found at the RobCo Research Center only during the quest Duty Calls.
