- Berkeley Springs - The restaurant itself is inaccessible, though the Davis family apartment located above it can be entered.
- Morgantown - Located near Big Al's Tattoo Parlor, the interior first floor of the building is accessible but infested with feral ghouls. The roof has collapsed onto the second floor, creating a path to a nearby building.
Notes
Graviano's Italian Eatery signs are present in the files of Fallout 4, though they do not appear in game. They were likely to be placed in the North End district of Boston.[1]
