Grav-plates are a type of levitation device utilized on automobiles before and after the Great War. They allow vehicles to levitate across the surface of the ground, utilizing an energy component known as a "recycling power chip."[1]

The Chosen One can choose to have them installed on their Highwayman by T-Ray after having their car stolen in New Reno once the Enclave Oil Rig is destroyed. The car's appearance does not change.
