- The cashier will give the Courier Gomorrah chips in exchange for:
- Bottle caps (1-to-1 rate; can exchange 1, 20, 100, 500, or 1000 at a time)
- NCR dollars (2 for $5 NCR, 8 for $20 NCR, or 40 for $100 NCR)
- Legion currency (4 for 1 Denarius, 20 for 5 Denarii, 40 for 10 Denarii, 80 for 20 Denarii, or 100 for 1 Aureus/25 Denarii)
- The cashier will cash in all Gomorrah chips the Courier has in exchange for a payout of caps, NCR dollars, or Legion currency. Any leftover value (remaining chips worth less than 1 $5 NCR bill or 1 Legion Denarius) will be cashed out as caps.

- The Gomorrah cashier's appearance is randomized from a set of premade Gomorrah NPCs. He is the only cashier with a randomized appearance.
- Like most cashiers in the game, the Gomorrah cashier has a very terse tone of voice in his cashier dialogue.
