A scrap of gold which can be used to craft a variety of items. Increasing the amount of gold scrap stored in the inventory, stash and scrapbox will increase the amount of gold available for crafting. gold used during crafting, will decrease the amount of gold scrap stored.

Gold ore can be processed at a chemistry station into gold scrap.
