Glow of the Ghoul is the ongoing twentieth season in Fallout 76. It began on March 18, 2025, with the release of the Ghoul Within update, and will conclude in June 2025.[1] It was preceded by Gleaming Depths: The Scientific Forge.

Behind the scenes[]
- The description of the nosey glasses, featured on page 2 of the season pass, is a reference to an old "dad joke" that typically goes "You can pick your friends, and you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose," or some variation thereof.
- The description of the stack of chems set, featured on page 3 of the season pass, is a reference to the anti-drug slogan "Winners Don't Use Drugs," used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a PSA added to many arcade games, in conjunction with the American Amusement Machine Association, from 1989 to 2000.
- The description of the blue Nuka-Cola vending machine, featured on the first bonus page of the season pass, uses the phrase "fizz your way to the up to the top" to reference the location of Fizztop Mountain at Nuka-World, featured in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
- The toilet paper holder ("under" orientation) and "correct" toilet paper holder ("over" orientation), featured on page 10 and the first bonus page of the season pass respectively, are references to viral debates about toilet paper orientation. The debate extended to Fallout 4 after its release, as players argued about the "under" orientation of the toilet paper in the Sole Survivor's house. Another reference to this debate was included as a sticky note found in Vault 76 upon release of Fallout 76, reading "Don't put TP on backwards!" The bathroom in the player's quarters at Vault 76 uses the "over" orientation.
