Ghoulish is a perk in Fallout 76.
It is exclusive to human players and cannot be equipped by ghoul players.

Notes[]
- Ghoulish 1 / 2 / 3 restores 0.5 / 1.0 / 1.5 HP for every 1 radiation damage acquired, this only works while actively being irradiated.
- What Rads? radiation regeneration does not negatively impact the Ghoulish perk healing.
- Radiation Resistance through power armor, Rad-X, etc will decrease the effectiveness of Ghoulish.
- Ghoulish does not eliminate radiation damage. As radiation accumulates, available HP capacity will continue to decrease.
