Ghoul in Black is an overseer quest and the final part of the Power Struggle multistage questline in Fallout Shelter.
Walkthrough[]
The player's dweller/s enter the nearby graveyard and after proceeding underground will encounter 3 raiders that is very likely to be Honcho, Biggie, and Slim who will ask the dweller/s what they are doing in the graveyard. The trio immediately attack after the conversation.
After defeating the trio and proceeding further underground, the dweller/s encounter The Ghoul and he will enter the player's vault.
After meeting The Ghoul, the player's dweller/s can go to other rooms for loot and to kill more raiders, or return to the Vault.
