Gene's invoice is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise. It is written by Gene, addressed to Billy Beltbuckles.
Location[]
The note can be found in the Neapolitan Casino in Atlantic City; when entering from the main doors, go down the entrance hall and take a left (facing north), it will be on a table past a small upward staircase.

I understand the situation 100%. My lips are sealed. That being said, though, the kind of meds you're asking for aren't cheap to make, especially given how much you're asking for. I've listed my prices below.
- Addictol - 350 caps
- Med-X - 500 caps
- Disease Cure - 600 caps
- Calmex - 200 caps
- Stims - 900 caps
It's around 2,550 caps total. I hate to bring it up, but you also still owe me 14,000 for the last few batches. I can take a bit off of that if you'd consider supplementing it with a bit of Blood. Not gonna lie, that's where the caps will be going anyway.

Behind the scenes[]
During the initial release of the Public Test Server for Expeditions: Atlantic City, this note included a line that read "Jet - 300 caps" below the Addictol entry. The note also had a visual bug that made it difficult to read. In the November 3, 2023, PTS update, the mention of Jet was removed from the note and the visual bug was corrected.
