Gecko meat is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.

Characteristics[edit | edit source]

Uncooked gecko meat, unlike all other forms of raw meat, results in a penalty to the player character's Strength even when not in hardcore mode. However, it does provide a relatively low amount of radiation and a small amount of restoration to hit points.

Gecko meat is also used as an ingredient in the gecko kebab and gecko steak recipes created at campfires.
