Garcia is one of the Denver salvagers in 2253.
Background[]
Garcia can be found in the infirmary. He is unconscious and severely wounded, with a broken arm, gashes, and burns. Completely irreligious, he was nevertheless beaten to hell for walking into an unauthorized area.[1]
