Dr. Fung is an elderly Chinese doctor working out of his clinic in Chinatown, San Francisco in 2241.

Dr. Fung wears a white lab coat, matching his wizened appearance[1] and is one of the best physicians in the wastelands, capable of replacing organs, implanting battle armor plating and performing general healing.
He taught Doc Holliday of Broken Hills.[2]

- Get Chip's spleen: If the Chosen One has previously spoken to Doc Holliday in Broken Hills about his friendship and mentorship with Dr. Fung and has mentioned this fact to him, he will re-attach the spleen back for free, otherwise, they will have to pay the normal price of $1,000. But, only if they have not joined the Hubologists cult, which makes Dr. Fung refuse dialogue.
- Gain combat implants: Dr. Fung is one of the three people who can install implants into the Chosen One.
