Fryda Wolff is a voice actress and audio designer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment on Fallout: New Vegas as an additional sound designer. In Fallout 4, she voiced female Vault 81 security officers. She voiced female Scorched and the rough female voice type in Fallout 76, as well as settlers and additional voices, including Carla and scavengers, in its update Wastelanders. She reprised her role as female settlers for the villagers in the Steel Dawn update.
