A strange piece of fruit that appears to be an apple. No preservatives and no additional food coloring added.[1] This fruit has been infected with the radiation of the wasteland and passes on a few rads to anyone that consumes it.

Fruit is a minor healing item and a vendor good.

- Two on the shelves in a locked room at the Children's hospital in the Hub.
- Two in a fridge in the Boneyard Library.
- Sold by the shopkeeper at the Cathedral.
- Two in Morpheus's bookcase in the Tower of Doom.
