The front sight ring is a sight weapon mod in Fallout 4.

When equipped on a combat shotgun and combat rifle, the front sight ring adds a slightly improved magnification when aiming-down-sights which also improves accuracy when firing in that manner.

The front sight ring modification may spawn on combat rifles and combat shotguns wielded by Gunners, who start spawning with them at around level 15. It may also appear on those sold by weapons merchants such as Arturo Rodriguez at the market in Diamond City, Daisy in Goodneighbor, or Alexis Combes in Vault 81. It can also be obtained via crafting at a weapons workbench.
