Front desk note is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part one, Boardwalk Paradise.

The note can be found near the entrance area of the Neapolitan Casino in Atlantic City, on a desk near the anti-cheat terminal, in the front desk booth. It is the same desk as the note missing funds.

If Muni's come sniffing around asking about rumors of there being Overgrown in the basement, you tell them nothing, capiche? You call the top lady, and she'll handle them. If a guest asks about Overgrown sightings in the Casino Quarter, you give them the usual spiel assuring them the Neapolitan is and always will be a safe and secure place to spend their hard-earned caps. Give them some drink tokens on the house if you think it'll grease the wheels.
