Background[]
Frenchy, a ragged-looking man, is one of three street singers at the southern corner of the Jungle Gym, all standing around a flaming barrel. Though they will all sing together without being asked, for a few dollars they can be asked to change to a different song. The other two singers Frenchy is with are Sims and Paine.
