The Freeside NPC dump is a test cell in the game files of Fallout: New Vegas.
Layout
This cell consists of four discrete rooms all separated from each other and suspended in a void. The rooms are all identical, with two doorways without doors in them. There is no way to travel between rooms without using the console. A static NCR guard dog is also present where the player character spawns.
Notes
Depending on the quests that have been completed in Freeside, the rooms will have various non-player characters from these quests located in them.
Appearances
Freeside NPC dump appears in the game files of Fallout: New Vegas, but should not be considered canon because it is a test cell.
