Detailed walkthrough[]
This quest can be accomplished at any time, as the only step is to kill all of the Regulators.
However after giving the Blades weapons, Razor will plan to invade Adytum and requests the Vault Dweller's help. One may choose to join them straight away, or delay the attack in order to speak to Zimmerman and cause the Blades to appear once the fighting starts.
In any case, the Vault Dweller needs to go to Adytum and kill all the Regulators, their leader Caleb, and Jon Zimmerman himself.
If the quest is completed with the aid of the Blades, the Vault Dweller will receive a reward of 2000 XP. If it is completed alone, Razor will thank the Vault Dweller and the reward is reduced to 500 XP.

Notes[]
- If the Vault Dweller got the weapons for the Blades, five heavily armed Blades will appear at the town entrance and three towards the back of town. Each is wearing combat armor, four have AK-112 assault rifles, three have Wattz 2000 laser rifles and one has a P94 plasma rifle.
- When the Blades invade Adytum, Razor will disappear from the Downtown area. After the quest is completed and the Blades leave town, Razor will reappear in Adytum instead.
- Jon Zimmerman will side with the Regulators during any attacks on the town. Or he will get killed by his guard, if the truth is revealed to him.
- Named characters, such as Miles, Smitty and Lorraine, can be killed by Regulators during the attack. Two Regulators are located in the same room with Smitty and he may die as a result.
- The Adytowners are unarmed and have no armor, while the Regulators have metal armor and powerful weapons, which may result in several citizen casualties.
Bugs[]
Sometimes, if the Vault Dweller speaks to Razor about Zimmerman to warn him, kills all Regulators by himself, and comes back, Razor will appear dead. [verified]
