Freddie is a raider working under Gristle in the Commonwealth in 2287.

Freddie served as an underling of Gristle. He was the one who told Gristle that Preston Garvey's caravan was heading towards the Corvega assembly plant, which led Gristle to (with Jared's approval) assemble a raid team and attack them.[1]
