Frank was a survivor of the Great War living in Hamilton's hideaway in 2078.
Background[]
Frank helped his friend build a shelter in July 2077. He worked as an employee at a generator company.[1] On October 23, 2077, he was on a sales trip in Pennsylvania, selling generators to a mining operation. Being inside the mine shafts saved his life. He spent hours crawling through the rubble to reach the ground again.[2]
He then attempted to make the long journey to his friend's shelter. On the way, he attempted to gain entry into a vault near Burkittsville. He was refused entry and attacked, nearly getting killed by a pack of cannibals on his way out. He then headed for the shelter.[3]
On his arrival at Hamilton's hideaway on February 14, 2078, he was covered in blisters that seemed to be infected and his arms and face were burned.[3] He then began dying of radiation poisoning, and his hair began falling out.[4] Two weeks later on the 28th, he died and was cremated.[4]
