Frank is a mobster in the Lombardi Family of Atlantic City.
Background[]
Frank works as a guard in the basement and casino vault at the Neapolitan Casino, although Overgrown have been known to be infesting the lower levels and getting into the casino's basement.[1] At one point, Frank urged fellow security manager Joey Cuomo to make necessary repairs and do a better job of keeping out the Overgrown, otherwise they would both be "plant food."[2]
